Average U.S. delivery is 3-6 business days after dispatch.
Shipping is free on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packs. The 2-bottle pack has a flat $9.99 shipping charge.
Every order ships from the authorized 2026 production batch verified on this portal.

Tracking your order

When your Glyco Balance order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not seen it within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We are glad to look it up.

Returns & refunds

Glyco Balance is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, you can return your order, even empty bottles, for a full refund of the purchase price. Here is how:

We send the return address and simple instructions.

Ship the bottles back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; original shipping (where charged) is non-refundable.

We refund the purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items
