Refund policy

Effective June 2026

This policy explains how refunds work for Glyco Balance purchased through glycobalancehealth.com, the authorized distribution portal operated by Vandercrest Wellness, LLC. By placing an order you agree to the terms below alongside our terms of use.

The 60-day money-back window

You may request a refund within 60 days of the date your order is delivered. The guarantee applies whether the bottles are full, partly used or empty, because we want you to actually try the product before deciding.

What the refund covers

An approved refund returns the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges paid at checkout (for example, the flat fee on the 2-bottle pack) are not refundable, and the cost of returning the product to us is the customer's responsibility. There are no restocking fees.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] or call (405) 555-0173 within the 60-day window with your order number.
  2. We reply with the return address and simple instructions.
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable method you are comfortable with.
  4. Once the return is received or confirmed in transit, we issue your refund.

Processing times

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Most are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive or confirm your return. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days to appear on your statement.

Authenticity and eligibility

This policy covers authentic Glyco Balance bought through this portal. Because the product is sold only here, items purchased from third-party sellers, marketplaces or resellers are not eligible for a refund from us and may be counterfeit. If you are unsure where your bottle came from, please verify its authenticity first.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This is separate from, and in addition to, the standard 60-day guarantee.
